By participating in Sweet Escape Yoga classes, events, or private yoga sessions you hereby agree to assume all risks and liability related to or resulting from any and all individual or group functions. You agree that neither you nor any third party will hold Sweet Escape Yoga, Kristen Leigh, any of the representatives, instructors, or sponsors liable for any injury, loss, or damage to your own person or any members of your family, friends, acquaintances, pets, or property, arising directly from or as a consequence of any Sweet Escape Yoga activity. Always check with your doctor before beginning or modifying your fitness routine.

Refunds

Sweet Escape Yoga does not issue refunds for unused sessions. Sessions that are not conducted prior to the expiration date are considered forfeited. Sweet Escape Yoga reserves the right to terminate contracts for packages in its sole discretion. In case of any such termination, Sweet Escape Yoga will refund any unused funds.

Cancelations

Because your appointment time has been reserved especially for you, we require 24-hours notice when canceling an appointment. Given proper notice, you are free to reschedule with no charge. Appointments canceled with less than 24-hours notice — or otherwise missed — are charged at the full non-refundable price.
