The Cafe offers a menu of fresh salads and specialty sandwiches, daily specials, soup and homemade desserts. (Extra tip: They have Free Wi-Fi.)
The Defoor Centre is located on the corner of Defoor Avenue and Taylor Street, just off Howell Mill Road (about 5 minutes from I-75). The address is 1710 Defoor Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30318. There is ample parking in the Defoor Centre lot.
The Artist: Sharron Ragan

Local Atlanta artist, Sharron Ragan, will be on display in the Forum gallery throughout our ALIGN 2012 series. Her organic lines and shapes go hand in hand with her vibrant personality. As an abstract expressionist Ragan says, “My art is inspired from the ethers of the universe. I can’t always explain how my work begins. I just allow my inner drive to create paintings and my intuitive energy to birth works of art that touch the emotions of others.” To show the evolution of her work, both recent and retrospective works will be shown together.

Kristen's Yoga Philosophy
"Yoga is all about balance, mindfulness, and tranquility. I love that Yoga, with its attention to the breath and its quiet, precise movements, can draw focus away from a busy, chaotic day and more toward the calming moment as one moves the body through poses that require balance and concentration. I like teaching others to move in a way that brings awareness of abilities and limitations and encourages peace within them. I believe Yoga is best when incorporated into your entire day - not only on the mat, but as you go through life - a few cleansing breaths after a stressful meeting, and modified tree pose while waiting in line, or a few minutes of meditation before bed. My classes focus on traditional poses with a little flow and variety to keep it fun."
